Your key focus will be on business development and ensuring the long-term profitability of loan portfolios through high-quality proposals and effective compliance with BDC policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a client retention strategy for a large portfolio
- Identify new opportunities for financing and consulting services
- Collaborate with teams to enhance client service experience
- Create marketing plans aligned with portfolio goals
- Analyze and prepare high-quality loan proposals
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years experience as a commercial banker
- Proven business development and client management skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism is an asset based on location
