Senior Consultant in Defined Benefit Solutions

Join Mercer’s Defined Benefit team in Montreal as a Senior Consultant and shape impactful financial strategies for major clients. This hybrid role calls for someone with extensive experience, at least 10 years, in defined benefit plans. You will lead efforts in designing and managing client plans while mentoring junior staff and discussing financial wellness strategies. Your communication skills in both French and English will facilitate collaboration with clients and colleagues across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary consultant for major defined benefit clients
- Mentor junior consultants for operational excellence
- Integrate ESG factors into client policies
- Engage in meaningful financial wellness discussions
- Exhibit deep knowledge of regulatory aspects
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance
- 10+ years in defined benefit consulting
- Good knowledge of financial markets
- Proficiency in French and English
- CFA or FICA certification is advantageous
