Strategy Communications Director at Scotiabank

- Lead the development of comprehensive communications strategies
- Craft compelling transformation narratives for diverse audiences
- Oversee executive communications for town halls and leadership démarches
- Implement engagement strategies that promote transparency
- Build a multimedia design Center of Excellence for visual storytelling
- 10+ years in corporate communications with a focus on branding
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a strategic role
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation within financial services
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement
