Senior Business Analyst Community Leader

As a key member of the SE Health Home Office, you will design and lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice, ensuring engagement and alignment across various teams. Your expertise will not only facilitate the standardization of business analysis templates but also improve the effectiveness of delivery teams through targeted coaching. Engage in continuous refinement of practices that advance our organization’s strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and standardize BA templates and tools
• Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice
• Provide expert coaching to analysts and teams
• Track and measure engagement within the BA community
• Continuously improve BA standards and practices
Requirements:
• 6-8+ years in business analysis and leadership roles
• Strong understanding of complex project dynamics
• Experience in mentoring and community engagement
• Knowledge of PMO functions and methodologies
• Proven capability in delivering workshops and training
