Customer Experience Analyst

We're seeking a Customer Experience Analyst to help shape and improve the customer journey by turning data into meaningful business insights. Working across multiple business functions, you'll identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, influence continuous improvement initiatives, and support strategic decision-making through analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer, operational, and digital data to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement.
  
• Assess customer journeys across multiple channels and recommend enhancements that improve the overall client experience.
  
• Convert analytical findings into clear recommendations, business requirements, and prioritized improvement initiatives.
  
• Produce dashboards, reports, presentations, and other decision-support materials for business leaders.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused process improvements and business solutions.
  
• Contribute to transformation initiatives by ensuring customer perspectives are incorporated into new processes and operational changes.
  
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders while supporting implementation and continuous improvement activities.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Insights, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation.
  
• Proven ability to interpret business and customer data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  
• Experience evaluating customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and business outcomes.
  
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
  
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation.
  
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or another related discipline.
  

The salary band for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
