Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to provide leadership and direction to the store team while driving sales, profitability, and a customer‑centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales, achieve sales goals and monitor progress against key targets.
• Inspire and model a consumer‑centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Support the Store Manager with networking, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing high‑caliber talent.
• Provide direct coaching, feedback, training and supervision of associates, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Communicate, train and coach to set expectations on customer engagement and store procedures, fostering a strong team.
• Assist in managing expenses to maximize profitability.
• Cultivate an environment of productivity by ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills to meet sales and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related professional/retail management experience.
• Ability to drive results by motivating store teams.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills to excel at sales and profit results.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Solution oriented and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Formal education or undergraduate/graduate degrees are a plus but experience and achievements are the primary focus.

Compensation & Incentive Potential

Hiring Range: $19.32 – $28.98 CAD per hour.

This position may be eligible for additional compensation awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
