- Professional Engineer license (P.Eng.) or eligibility status
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant engineering experience
- Knowledge of Canadian aerodrome standards is essential
- Strong skills in communication and project coordination
