Your responsibilities will include supporting the workforce development in early childhood health, ensuring alignment with standards of practice, and advocating for positive health outcomes. You will also monitor key indicators to inform operational improvements in programming throughout the zone. Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen competencies among public health team members
- Provide expert advice to align with established standards
- Recommend quality initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with local stakeholders for improved health outcomes
- Monitor trends to inform operational improvements
- Baccalaureate degree in relevant field with 5-7 years experience
- Masters in public health with 3-5 years experience
- Eligible for professional registration
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Proven success in developing strategic partnerships
