Okta Engineering Manager for Auth0 Performance

As the Engineering Manager at Okta, focus on performance enhancements for Auth0. Collaborate with experts to secure AI-driven identity solutions. Reporting to the Director of Quality & Performance, your role will center on elevating the performance and resilience of the Auth0 product. You will manage a talented engineering team, guiding the development of effective testing frameworks and realistic dataset generation strategies. Your experience will help drive critical improvements across engineering disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate for best practices in performance and resiliency
- Lead the development of modular and reusable load testing frameworks
- Manage realistic dataset generation for accurate load testing
- Identify and escalate performance issues using monitoring tools
- Mentor the performance team on best practices in quality
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and team leadership
- Experience in designing load testing frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Hands-on background in dataset generation and performance tools
- Knowledge of software architecture, cloud technology, and microservices
- Familiarity with Chaos Engineering practices and tooling
