In this role, you will help improve the quality, governance, and usability of marketing data that powers campaign execution, reporting, segmentation, and strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technical teams to ensure marketing data is accurate, trusted, and optimized for operational and analytical use.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  Support the Marketing Analytics initiative using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation activities
• Identify and resolve data quality issues impacting reporting, campaigns, segmentation, and analytics
• Document business requirements, data definitions, and business rules
• Work with stakeholders to gather and clarify data and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand source systems and data flows
• Contribute to data governance practices that improve consistency, traceability, and reliability
• Assist with issue tracking, documentation, and resolution related to marketing data management
• Prepare governance artifacts, reporting documentation, and process alignment materials
• Help align business operations, analytics, and technology teams on shared data priorities

Top Skills & Experience

• 
  Strong data analysis and data profiling capabilities
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
• Knowledge of data quality and governance practices
• Ability to document requirements, business rules, and data definitions
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

Additional Experience

• 
  Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Experience working with Marketing or CRM data
• Experience gathering and translating stakeholder requirements
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Azure, or Snowflake

Strong Asset

• 
  Experience supporting or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud from a data and analytics perspective
