Associate Account Manager | Luma | Material Science
Dotmatics
Dotmatics seeks an Associate Account Manager to manage renewal cycles and drive growth within an assigned portfolio of Luma customer accounts. The role combines account retention responsibilities with expansion sales opportunities, requiring regular customer engagement and travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage full renewal cycle for assigned customer accounts and ensure retention
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts across departments
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and account health assessments with customers
- Partner with Strategic Account Executives and Customer Success on account strategy
Requirements
- Scientific knowledge sufficient to engage credibly with researchers and lab managers
- Account management or customer success experience with renewal cycle ownership
- Full-cycle sales experience for small to mid-market expansion deals
- Ability to travel 30% or more for customer meetings and account activities
- Collaboration skills across sales, customer success, and account executive teams
