Elevate your legal career as a Senior Privacy & Commercial Counsel with Prospeo, working remotely throughout Canada. Focus on privacy programs and commercial contracts while managing legal functions directly. Prospeo, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS sales intelligence platform, seeks a seasoned legal professional for its remote team. You will manage data privacy operations under GDPR and CCPA while drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. This hands-on role also involves coordinating litigation and regulatory matters for the founders, offering full autonomy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Run day-to-day privacy program across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Serve as internal point of contact for regulatory matters
• Manage vendor due diligence and inbound DPA negotiations
• Oversee privacy compliance and internal training sessions Requirements:
• JD or equivalent with bar admission in Canada
• CIPP/E certification required
• 4+ years in commercial and privacy legal work
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
• Proficient with AI legal tools in daily workflow Contribute your expertise in privacy and commercial law to support Prospeo’s growth in the B2B SaaS industry.
