Key Responsibilities: • Run daily privacy programs across multiple regulations • Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts • Serve as internal contact for litigation and regulation • Manage vendor due diligence and DPA negotiations • Advise executives on legal risks for company strategies

Requirements: • Law degree and bar admission in Canada • CIPP/E certification required • 4+ years in commercial and privacy law • Experience with GDPR and CCPA compliance • Proficient in using AI legal tools
