Job Duties
- Answer calls and any questions customers might have in setting up appointments.
- Reply emails in group email in a timely manner.
- Book appointments by calling, emailing or using customer portal.
- Re-schedule or cancel appointments as per direction provided.
- Update LGE TMS with accurate appointment information to provide visibility to all the teams.
- Execute and distribute reports.
- Follow up with carriers, for missed appointments or appointment changes.
- Escalate any appointments unable to be booked to Order Fulfillment team.
- Provide administrative support in completing all tasks assigned in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a 3rd party logistics environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be a resourceful self-starter.
- Team player skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Works well under pressure.

- The Facility's General Manager

Pay: $23.00 per hour
