SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant Needed

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Payroll and Employee Central to drive key projects related to PeopleSoft Migration. This role requires hands-on SAP experience. As a consultant, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise-level HR/payroll implementations. Your expertise will guide data migration processes and support compliance with Canadian payroll legislation. Strong skills in organizational management and payroll schemas are necessary for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Employee Central data management
- Develop payroll schemas and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support time management processes and reporting
- Conduct data migration with validated mapping practices
- Work closely with ERP teams and business stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and compliance
- Experience with migration tools and data loading
- Comprehensive understanding of ETL and data cleansing
- Ability to work collaboratively in large-scale projects
