Devenez Consultant en ressources humaines senior au sein d'une organisation dynamique. Ce rôle demande une solide expérience en pratiques RH et en gestion des employés. Nous recherchons un consultant pour administrer les politiques de ressources humaines et évaluer les programmes en place. Avec 2 à 3 ans d'expérience, vous serez chargé de préparer des classifications de poste, de conseiller la direction, et d'évaluer le rendement des employés. La connaissance de SAP et d'Excel est exigée. Key Responsibilities:
- Élaborer et appliquer des objectifs et procédures RH
- Examiner et améliorer les pratiques de ressources humaines
- Conseiller sur la gestion des avantages sociaux
- Analyser les données pour des rapports précis
- Traiter les plaintes et les questions des employés
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines
- 2-3 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Compétences en gestion des systèmes RH et logiciels
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Capacité à travailler en horaires flexibles
