Human Resources Consultant - Flexible Schedule

Transform the HR landscape as a Human Resources Consultant with a flexible schedule and a focus on program evaluation and policy implementation. Engage directly in the recruitment and performance management processes. This permanent role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include planning HR initiatives, advising management on policy interpretation, and conducting thorough performance reviews. You will also work on developing recruitment strategies and manage various HR programs for staff effectiveness and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement human resources policies
- Ensure HR project compliance with regulations
- Advise on benefits and collective agreements
- Research and create job descriptions
- Support employee performance appraisal systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 2-3 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of Kronos and SAP preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
