About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Assistants, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, driving sales, and managing operations.

Responsibilities

• Embrace the store culture and act as an ambassador for the brand.

• Exceed commercial targets and KPI expectations, setting new records.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by demonstrating product knowledge and fostering loyalty.
• Coaching and inspiring the sales team, providing real-time feedback to achieve KPIs.
• Build fan networks, fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Recruit and develop talent, including Assistants, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
• Apply talent, brand, and operations expertise to implement visual merchandising, efficient operational processes, and continuous development.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of store management experience in a high-performing retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Charismatic and able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
• Talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, and succession planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Aged 18 or older, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
