Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Office Admin / Travel Coordinator will support administrative operations and coordinate travel logistics for the project team during the design phase.
What You’ll Do Here
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and team schedules.
- Provide administrative support to project leadership and team members.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
- Coordinate internal communications and meeting logistics.
- Track expenses and support reporting activities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Support onboarding logistics for new team members.
- Ensure office operations run efficiently.
What You Bring To The Team
- Post-secondary education in administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Experience supporting large project teams is an asset.
- Experience in hydroelectric projects is a major asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
