Position Overview

Calian is a Canadian-based, publicly traded company that prides itself in its international reputation for excellence and long-standing history of continual growth. This opportunity is with the Advanced Technologies division located in Saskatoon.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients after their initial purchase. The ideal candidate will play a crucial roll in resolving warranty inquiries, product returns, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.
• Provide clear and professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Develop an understanding of our products and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems.
• Responsible for data entry in SAP and clerical duties.
• Stay informed with Project Managers on project updates and changes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient approach to customer interactions.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
