As our Underwriting Clerk (C), youll handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, maintain accurate records, and support operational efficiency. DIVE IN AND MAKE A SPLASH EVERY DAY BY: Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, including correspondenceLocating, filing, and scanning documents for incoming mail and new business
Printing forms, declaration pages, billing notices, cheques, and reports
Setting up new clients and maintaining accurate records
Answering phones in the absence of senior staff and relieving switchboard operator as required
Training other clerical staff as needed

DC pension plan WHAT YOU BRING TO SANDBOX: Completion of Grade 12 education is required
At least six months of experience in an office environment
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Ability to perform detailed work accurately and efficiently
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees
Effective keyboarding skills and comfort with computer-based tasks
Positive, supportive, and contributes to a collaborative, inclusive work environment
