Agro Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibility:

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Agro Customer Service Associate on a temporary basis until August 2025. This position is a hybrid opportunity and will be based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you'll do:

• Be responsible for reviewing, and processing crop inputs regular and promotion orders.
• Process retail return and transfer claims.
• Audit and code freight bills for payments.
• Respond to all retail inquiries and concerns.
• Other duties as required.

Who you'll work with :

The Team: You will work closely with other Customer Service Associates, Replenishers and Operational Support Analysts within the Ag Solutions department on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, support, and customer focus.

The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting local Co-op retails.

Why it matters:

Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed, crop supplies and fertilizer business.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Administration and:

• Have a diploma in business or agriculture and two years of related experience OR;
• Have completed a one-year certificate program in business or agriculture and three years of related experience.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
