Senior Solution Consultant Kinaxis Maestro Role

Join Kinaxis as a Senior Solution Consultant focusing on Maestro to provide production support and strategic enhancements. This technical role prioritizes system troubleshooting and user support. Your primary responsibility includes addressing complex system issues, performing data assessments, and ensuring users make the most of Kinaxis Maestro applications. You will also engage in solution configurations and facilitate testing and documentation to achieve optimal system functionality. A strong supply chain background will support your contributions to ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and configuration issues
- Assess data quality for successful integrations
- Design enhancements and lead testing for improvements
- Maintain documentation for platform changes and user guides
- Provide user support and training for effective tool usage
- Education in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields
- 5 to 8 years of experience with Kinaxis Maestro
- Required certification: Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
