Elevate your career as an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant in the US or Canada. This 12-month contract offers opportunity in utilities, supporting customer financial processes with travel to Florida. We are searching for an experienced professional with over 8 years of SAP IS-U FI-CA experience in utility settings. Focus on configuring essential processes like Payments, Dunning, and Collections, while managing cash application and overdue accounts. You will also play a crucial role in integrating with SAP CRM/CIC and supporting production activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP IS-U FI-CA processes including Payments and Collections
- Manage cash application and payment clearing activities
- Support Promise-to-Pay processes and collections workflows
- Handle clarification accounts and integrate collection agency processes
- Troubleshoot production support issues and billing exceptions
- 8+ years of SAP IS-U FI-CA experience
- Proficient in Payments, Dunning, and Collections
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Knowledge of customer collections lifecycle
- Experience with SAP systems integration
