Family Physician in Primary Care

- Manage an individual long-term patient panel
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Participate in cross coverage for absent physicians
- Engage in additional community health opportunities
- Ensure high-quality patient care in a Primary Care setting
- Medical degree and family medicine training
- Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to work weekdays without walk-in responsibilities
- Interest in community health initiatives
