Position Overview
Excellent opportunity for a family physician in a busy and collegial Primary Care Medical Home.
- Health providers include family physicians, nurse practitioners, paediatricians, psychiatrist, orthotists, social worker, and a full‑time nurse.
We have a dedicated office manager and a team of long‑term support staff to assist with your clinical practice.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
Maximum work flexibility. Weekday office work schedule expected. No walk‑in component. No weekend office time.
Cross coverage of patient care for absent physicians is expected and reciprocated.
Patient Panel
The applicant will care for their own long‑term patient panel.
Additional Opportunities & Compensation
Additional community opportunities for obstetrical, emergency, and hospital work are available for further remuneration.
Compensation & Benefits
- Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10, (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation: up to a maximum of $15, (amount based on location relocating from)
- Flat fee: $6,.80
- Fee Premium: 4.20%
- CME: $2,/annum year 3-4 and $4,/annum after 4 years in the community.
Start Date: Spring. Benefits May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change).
