Compensation

  • $50 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and work alongside crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec.
  • Oversee all onsite activities — from planning and scheduling to supervising subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, contracts, and change orders, and ensure accurate documentation (timesheets, reports, daily logs).
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs each day to keep the project moving efficiently.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, manage quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.
  • Represent Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd. in meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive project close-out with precision — ensuring all deliverables are met and documentation is complete.

What You Bring

  • Marine construction experience and comfort working on or around the water.
  • Proven experience in site supervision or project management within a marine environment.
  • Strong understanding of local, provincial, and federal compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and solid administrative know-how.
  • Valid driver’s license (First Aid, SVOP, and VHF certifications are strong assets).
  • A collaborative, safety-first mindset and passion for building great projects and great teams.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
