Compensation
- $50 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Lead and work alongside crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec.
- Oversee all onsite activities — from planning and scheduling to supervising subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance.
- Support the preparation of budgets, contracts, and change orders, and ensure accurate documentation (timesheets, reports, daily logs).
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs each day to keep the project moving efficiently.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, manage quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.
- Represent Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd. in meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Drive project close-out with precision — ensuring all deliverables are met and documentation is complete.
What You Bring
- Marine construction experience and comfort working on or around the water.
- Proven experience in site supervision or project management within a marine environment.
- Strong understanding of local, provincial, and federal compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and solid administrative know-how.
- Valid driver’s license (First Aid, SVOP, and VHF certifications are strong assets).
- A collaborative, safety-first mindset and passion for building great projects and great teams.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
