Advisor - Authentication, Investigations, and Entry Verifications

Description de poste
Sous la supervision du chef d'équipe du secteur Relations à la clientèle – vérifications d'entrée, la personne choisie agira à titre de Conseiller(ère) – Authentification, enquêtes et vérifications d'entrée. Elle jouera un rôle clé dans la prévention de la fraude et de l'usurpation d'identité, en menant, entre autres des enquêtes et en effectuant des vérifications sur les demandes d'adhésion. Fonctions et responsabilités
-Effectuer avec attention, et en respectant les procédures établies, la vérification des demandes d'adhésion notamment pour vérifier leur légitimité
-Recevoir, collecter, analyser et évaluer des informations concernant certains clients (entreprises)
-Documenter efficacement les activités de vérifications et rédiger des rapports d'enquête avec un soucis d'exactitude, rigueur, concision et pertinence, pour chacune des investigations sous sa responsabilité
-Effectuer des vérifications par téléphone et ou virtuelle, via Teams auprès des demandeurs
-Au besoin, effectuer des vérifications auprès du directeur de compte l'institution financière ou du cabinet comptable (le cas échéant)
-Porter à l'attention de son gestionnaire/sa cheffe d'équipe toute situation suspicieuse
-Répondre aux demandes de renseignements provenant d'organismes gouvernementaux ou de corps policiers
-Produire et valider mensuellement les rapports requis
-Répondre aux demandes des clients, notamment celles relatives à la sécurité des infrastructures et à la protection des renseignements personnels
-Conseiller les secteurs opérationnels sur certaines situations relatives à l'authentification d'utilisateurs ou clients
-Au besoin, procéder à diverses tâches administratives en soutien à d'autres équipes de la direction.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle
-3 à 4 ans d’expérience pertinente notamment dans une entreprise de service client B2B et dans un poste similaire.
-Être titulaire d'une attestation d'études collégiales en investigation privée (un atout)
-Bonnes habiletés en communications et en service à la clientèle
-Posséder un bon sens analytique
-Capacité à examiner une situation sous différents angles et à poser des questions
-Bonne gestion de priorité
-Démontrer un bon sens de la rigueur, de souci du détail et de prise en charge
-Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
-Excellente gestion du temps et habiletés organisationnelles.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque cas. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette salariale se situe entre 55,000 $ et 90,000 $. Ce poste est vacant

Advisor – Authentication, Investigations, and Entry Verifications

Position Description
Under the supervision of the Customer Relations Sector Team Leader – Entry Verifications, the successful candidate will act as an Advisor – Authentication, Investigations, and Entry Verifications. They will play a key role in preventing fraud and identity theft by conducting investigations and verifying membership applications, among other tasks. Your future duties and responsibilities
-Carefully verify membership applications in accordance with established procedures, particularly to verify their legitimacy.
-Receive, collect, analyze, and evaluate information concerning certain clients (companies).
-Effectively document verification activities and write investigation reports with accuracy, rigor, conciseness, and relevance for each investigation under your responsibility.
-Perform telephone and/or virtual verifications with applicants via Teams.
-If necessary, perform verifications with the account manager of the financial institution or accounting firm (if applicable)
-Bring any suspicious situations to the attention of your manager/team leader
-Respond to requests for information from government agencies or police forces
-Produce and validate the required reports on a monthly basis
-Respond to customer requests, particularly those relating to infrastructure security and personal information protection
-Advise operational sectors on certain situations relating to user or customer authentication
-If necessary, perform various administrative tasks in support of other management teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
-3 to 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in a B2B customer service company and in a similar role.
-Hold a college diploma in private investigation (an asset)
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Possess good analytical skills—ability to examine a situation from different angles and ask questions.
-Good priority management.
-Demonstrate a good sense of rigor, attention to detail, and responsibility.
-Bilingualism (French and English).
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000–$90,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
