Fonctions et responsabilités
- Assurer et agir à titre de personne-ressource pour le soutien des conseillers relativement aux applications et aux différentes procédures, et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques
- Planifier et organiser votre travail afin de respecter les attentes et échéanciers
- Identifier les situations nécessitant une attention urgente et acheminer les problèmes et demandes aux ressources appropriées lorsque nécessaire
- Accompagner les conseillers sur les aspects techniques non maîtrisés lors des écoutes d'appels
- Collaborer au partage des connaissances au sein de l'équipe
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes
- Identifier et documenter les problématiques rencontrées, les questions soulevées et les solutions proposées.
- Mise à jour de la documentation et procédures essentielles aux associés
- Création d'outils facilitant la maitrise des connaissances de la paie (ie: quiz, capsule de pratiques, etc.)
- Suivre l'évolution techniques des associés
- Fournir des statuts d'avancement hebdomadaire

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle
- Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe, ou toute autre combinaison d'études et d'expérience pertinente
- 3 ans d'expérience et plus en lien avec la paie
- Connaissance avancée des notions de la paie, création de gain et déductions, matrices et procédures.
- Connaissance d'une application de paie (Suite Internet Nethris)
- Connaissance de l'application Opéra
- Habileté à faire du coaching
- Démontre une ouverture à l’utilisation responsable des outils d’intelligence artificielle et la volonté d’en tirer parti afin d’améliorer l’efficacité, la collaboration et la qualité des livrables, tout en agissant comme ambassadeur de leur adoption au sein de l’organisation.
- Sens développé du service à la clientèle et d'organisation
- Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et organisation de travail
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéanciers
- Excellente habileté de communication et écrite du français et anglais
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et de la navigation Internet
- Connaissance des divers produits, solutions et cotisations utilisés par la clientèle, tels que : Assurances collectives, CCQ, Générateur de rapports, Interface Grand-Livre, etc.

- Formations Comprendre les principes de la paie et Maîtriser les législations de la paie du Collège Ahuntsic, ou certification S.C.P. de l'Association canadienne de la paie (ACP).

CGI fournit une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Cette fourchette est déterminée en fonction de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétences, le marché géographique, l'expérience et la formation, ainsi que les permis et certifications. Les décisions relatives à la rémunération dépendent des faits et circonstances propres à chaque cas». Une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette actuelle est de 45 000 $ - 75 000 $.

Customer Service Advisor / Coach

Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
-Provide support and act as a resource person for advisors regarding applications and procedures, and promote best practices
-Plan and organize your work to meet expectations and deadlines
-Identify situations requiring urgent attention and escalate issues and requests to appropriate resources when necessary
-Support advisors on technical aspects during call monitoring sessions
-Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
-Work closely with other teams
-Identify and document issues encountered, questions raised, and proposed solutions
-Update documentation and procedures essential for associates
-Create tools to facilitate payroll knowledge mastery (e.g., quizzes, learning capsules, etc.)
-Monitor associates’ technical progress
-Provide weekly progress updates

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
-College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
-Minimum of 3 years of payroll-related experience
-Advanced knowledge of payroll concepts, including earnings and deductions setup, matrices, and procedures
-Knowledge of a payroll application (Nethris Internet Suite)
-Knowledge of the Opéra application
-Coaching skills
-Strong customer service and organizational skills
-Excellent problem-solving and work organization abilities
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet navigation
-Knowledge of various client-used products, solutions, and contributions such as: group insurance, CCQ, report generator, general ledger interface, etc.

ASSETS:

Training in Understanding Payroll Principles and Mastering Payroll Legislation from Ahuntsic College, or PCP certification from the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA)

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. This range is determined based on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience and education, as well as licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000 to $75,000.
