Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with Wealth Management expertise to gather business requirements, design technical integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Design and support technical integrations between systems.
- Collaborate with business, development, QA, and operations teams.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Perform API testing, data validation, SQL queries, and UAT support.
- Maintain project documentation using Confluence and Jira.
Required Skills
- Wealth Management / Financial Services domain.
- Agile & Scrum methodologies.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Confluence and Jira administration.
- BRDs, user stories, and requirements traceability.
- API testing, REST APIs, JSON/XML.
- SQL and database validation.
- QA and UAT experience.
