In this role within the TCE Canada Operations, you will coach Team Leaders and Travel Consultants to achieve performance targets and cultivate an inclusive culture. Your leadership will help elevate customer service through innovative travel solutions and enhance colleague engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Team Leaders to achieve high-performance metrics
- Foster a culture of feedback and engagement among colleagues
- Innovate customer service through exceptional travel offerings
- Support inclusion and personal development within teams
- Build key supplier partnerships to enhance client experiences
- Minimum 3 years in leadership roles, preferably managing leaders
- Fluent in French, both speaking and writing
- Familiarity with travel operations and industry regulations
- Valid TICO and OPC Manager Certification
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
