Bilingual Manager for Travel & Concierge Experience

Lead the TCE team at American Express with exceptional service skills and bilingual expertise. As a Bilingual Manager, you will drive engagement and performance while shaping unforgettable travel experiences for Premium Card Members. In this leadership role at American Express Travel & Concierge Experience, you will inspire a dedicated team of Team Leaders and Travel Consultants. Your focus will be on coaching excellence and elevating service delivery in Canada Operations. With a passion for both employee and customer experiences, you will build strong relationships and guide teams through change. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire Team Leaders to achieve exceptional goals
- Transform the TCE customer experience with innovative solutions
- Engage teams through inclusion and personal growth
- Foster relationships with internal and external partners
- Assess team skills and create development plans
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Fluent in French, spoken and written
- Experience in a virtual environment
- Knowledge of travel agency regulations
- TICO and OPC Manager Certification required
