Vice President of Business & SBA Operations

Shape the Credit Union’s future as Vice President of Business and SBA Lending. Enhance our service to small businesses while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance. As Vice President, you will be at the forefront of our Business and SBA Lending programs. Your responsibility includes driving sustainable growth, managing lending operations, and establishing the Credit Union as a go-to partner for small businesses. The role involves strategic oversight of loan programs and team leadership to foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the lending strategy for robust portfolio growth
- Review and approve business loan requests diligently
- Manage SBA programs while ensuring compliance
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Lead and coach a high-performing lending team
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years in commercial lending with SBA experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Advanced understanding of regulatory guidelines
- Proven success in portfolio growth and risk management
