Oncology Data Manager at Sunnybrook

Elevate clinical research efforts at the Odette Cancer Center as an Oncology Data Manager. This full-time position emphasizes database management and data entry on-site at Sunnybrook's Bayview campus. As an Oncology Data Manager, you will support the Lung or GU Med teams through data collection, trial monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. Your role is essential to the maintenance of oncology clinical studies and requires interaction with patients and external partners. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and familiarity with clinical trial protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection and entry into electronic systems
- Track trial-related metrics and patient visits
- Prepare for audits and monitoring visits
- Communicate with patients and multidisciplinary hospital teams
- Archive records for completed studies
- Community College Diploma or University Degree in health discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines and Good Clinical Practice
- Proficient in MS Office and data systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
