Manager of Data Analytics at SOCAN

The right candidate will balance technical leadership and people management to optimize data utilization in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of analytics and reporting strategies
- Manage team capacity and project prioritization
- Deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions
- Promote best practices for data management
- Partner with stakeholders to align analytics with business needs
- 7+ years in analytics or business intelligence
- 2+ years in team leadership roles
- Advanced SQL and Python proficiency
- Familiarity with Databricks and Azure solutions
- Degree in a quantitative area or equivalent
