Hybrid Senior Project Manager - Immunology/Oncology

Drive innovation in clinical trials as a Senior Global Project Manager in Immunology and Oncology, located in Burlington, Ontario. This hybrid position plays a vital role in overseeing Phase II and III global trials through expert leadership. In this role, you will be the Clinical Trial Leader managing extensive trial processes and ensuring cohesive teamwork across global landscapes. Your strategic mindset will facilitate effective planning, recruit patients, and develop comprehensive regulatory responses. Ensure high-quality delivery and compliance through sustained collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and operational feasibility for global trials
- Enhance collaboration with site monitoring and medical teams
- Craft engagement, recruitment, and risk plans
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee trial operations
- Direct documentation and regulatory responses across regions
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Extensive experience in global Phase II & III trials
- Therapeutic expertise in Immunology or Oncology
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work within complex, multicultural settings
