Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Sienna

Lead strategic initiatives with Sienna as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy in Markham, Ontario. Partner with executive leaders to drive growth and innovation within the organization. As the Vice President, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team, focusing on identifying and evaluating corporate growth opportunities. Your expertise in strategic assessment, financial modeling, and market intelligence will help shape Sienna's long-term objectives. You will lead comprehensive assessments through rigorous analysis and develop actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate high-priority strategic opportunities
- Transform concepts into actionable strategic initiatives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis efforts
- Develop robust business cases and implementation roadmaps
- Monitor industry trends affecting strategic direction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- MBA strongly preferred
- 10 to 15 years in corporate strategy or management consulting
- Proven success with executive leadership teams
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
