Sales Strategy Director at Extendicare

Elevate resident experiences as the Director of Sales Strategy at Extendicare. Lead a talented sales team to achieve revenue, occupancy, and growth objectives in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with diverse teams, including operations and finance, to harness insights for optimized portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales and occupancy strategies
- Achieve market rate, revenue, and NOI targets
- Analyze market trends for growth opportunities
- Lead training and performance management for sales teams
- Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s is a plus
- Minimum 7-10 years in leadership roles
- Proven revenue growth track record
- Experience in multi-site management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like PCC
