- Own 13-week rolling cash forecasts and liquidity models
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning
- Guide operations to improve cash, inventory, and receivables
- Develop accurate job and product costing
- Enhance financial reporting for strategic insights
- CPA designation and 10+ years of finance experience
- 5+ years in senior roles within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge in cash management and cost accounting
- Proven track record in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience in entrepreneurial or privately held organizations
