Senior Finance Manager Surgery Canada

- Lead full P&L management for Surgery Canada
- Oversee financial performance and ROI on commercial investments
- Shape resource allocation and capital deployment decisions
- Deliver insights on pricing, portfolio mix, and channel performance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and SOX guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 10+ years of finance experience in matrix organizations
- Proven track record in leading regional P&Ls
- Strong knowledge in statutory reporting and internal controls
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
