Sales Strategy Director at Extendicare

Lead sales initiatives and enhance resident experience as the Sales Strategy Director at Extendicare. Drive occupancy and revenue growth while optimizing team performance across retirement residences. As the Director of Sales Strategy & Resident Experience, you will spearhead the sales function across multiple locations under Extendicare's portfolio. Your responsibilities include developing KPIs to boost occupancy, revenue, and market rate targets. Collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Marketing is essential to ensure exceptional experiences for residents, prospects, and families. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute regional sales and revenue strategies
- Increase lead generation and resident retention initiatives
- Optimize pricing and inventory management for growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences across residences
- Proven experience in sales strategy and leadership
- Strong understanding of occupancy and revenue management
- Ability to develop and track Key Performance Indicators
- Excellent coaching and team development skills
- Commitment to enhancing resident experiences
