Director of Risk and Compliance at SE Health

Lead transformative risk and compliance initiatives with SE Health. As the Director, you'll shape the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and ensure proactive compliance. Reporting directly to the VP, you will oversee strategic risk assessments and compliance programs that safeguard operations and support organizational goals. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify and mitigate enterprise risks, provide recommendations, and offer compliance oversight to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the oversight and enhancement of the ERM framework
- Manage the Enterprise Risk Registry and assessment processes
- Analyze emerging risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee compliance program structures and policy development
- Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization
- Master’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 10 years in healthcare risk management
- Proven leadership in enterprise-wide risk programs
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders
