- Provide reliable legal advice across business units
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts
- Support customer service on dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal laws
- Collaborate with global legal teams and trade associations
- Licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum 5 years in corporate/commercial law
- Proficient in drafting and negotiation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with automotive sector and Lemon Law beneficial
