Provide expert legal guidance as a Senior Legal Counsel at VinFast Auto Canada in Markham, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role focuses on corporate law and compliance support for various departments. As part of VinFast Auto Canada, you will deliver reliable legal advice to business units and collaborate closely with the General Counsel. Your responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing compliance issues, and providing training on policy reviews. A strong background in corporate law and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise business units on practical legal matters
- Conduct policy review research and training
- Negotiate and draft various corporate contracts
- Oversee legal compliance with provincial and federal regulations
- Support customer service in dispute resolution
- Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum 5 years in corporate/commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the automotive sector is an asset
