Procurement Leader in Biomedical Manufacturing

Elevate supply chain operations as a Senior Buyer in Ontario, Canada. Bring strong procurement strategy, NPI expertise, and inventory management to a dynamic biomedical company. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years in procurement or production planning—preferably in medical devices or biotechnology. You’ll own purchasing and planning for key commodities, ensuring material readiness and effective supplier management. Expect to enhance tracking of procurement KPIs while collaborating with engineering and quality teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Own purchasing strategy for assigned commodities
• Lead NPI and design transfer for new products
• Develop and improve procurement KPIs and scorecards
• Ensure supplier accountability on cost and quality
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in procurement Requirements:
• 10+ years in procurement and supply chain roles
• Hands-on NPI experience in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Familiarity with quality systems like GMP or ISO 13485
• Analytical mindset with Lean or Six Sigma exposure Make a lasting impact in biomedical supply chain management through strategic procurement practices.
