Director of Capital Delivery at IO
Infrastructure Ontario
Lead major infrastructure projects with IO as the Director of Capital Delivery. Oversee portfolio management employing innovative funding strategies to ensure project success within budget and timeframe. In this key role, the Director will manage complex infrastructure projects from planning to completion. You will develop effective project delivery strategies and manage procurement processes to ensure compliance with established governance. Collaborating closely with finance, legal, and project control teams will be essential to drive project outcomes successfully. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects
• Develop and manage comprehensive project delivery plans
• Supervise the procurement of complex services
• Collaborate on structured financial agreements
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle Requirements:
• Proven track record in infrastructure project management
• Familiarity with Alternative Financing and Procurement models
• Experience with contract and procurement administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
