As part of the Capital Management team at Fortitude Re, you will focus on regulatory capital reporting and stress testing to support filings with the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and pricing departments. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating capital requirements and enhancing the capital model.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform movement analysis on capital changes • Provide monthly regulatory capital estimates • Conduct internal stress testing against risk factors • Review quarterly economic reserves from actuaries • Support regulatory filings to the BMA

Requirements: • Qualified Associate of SOC or equivalent • 5+ years in insurance pricing or risk management • Proficient in Python or similar languages • Familiar with AXIS actuarial software • Strong analytical and communication skills
