Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a busy operations team in a high-volume order processing environment .

This role focuses heavily on purchase order entry, data accuracy, and customer coordination , ideal for candidates who are highly organized and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume order entry and PO processing
• Manage customer orders via email, phone, and electronic systems
• Respond to inquiries and provide quotes and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and inventory
• Maintain accurate system records and documentation
• Support customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
• Assist with sourcing products, backorders, and shipping coordination

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in customer service, order entry, or data processing roles
• Experience with ERP and order management systems
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team collaboration skills

Schedule

• Full-time permanent role
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
