You will offer functional expertise and act as a key advisor to stakeholders while delivering tailored solutions. The role emphasizes proactive engagement within Application Managed Services to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional expertise in Dynamics 365 FSCM modules
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Oversee solution design and system enhancements
- Provide application support and root cause analysis
- Coordinate with technical teams for seamless integration
Requirements
- Over 7 years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management experience
- Five years in AMS or post-go-live support
- Strong knowledge in Procurement, Transportation, and Asset Management
- Experience with integrations like TMS and EDI
- Proven expertise in solution architecture
