Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant, Manager (Vancouver)

Overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Organise, execute, manage, and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team.
• Conduct necessary reviews and analyse the client’s finance processes, consulting with the client and project team to deliver solutions in D365 modules such as General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Advanced Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Invoice Capture, Project Management & Accounting, Budgeting and Management Reporter, and evaluate business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Document business requirements, specifying required actions and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project management, ensuring successful completion within a stipulated budget.
• Ensure technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to manage resource changes across projects.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as instructed by managers or senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with expertise in implementing the F&O modules.
• Minimum of 4–5 full‑lifecycle D365 ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or diploma) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications; MB‑310 strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, client engagement and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills, with the ability to document system requirements and functional design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Natural learning orientation regarding current technologies and their implementation.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $84,700 – $134,700, representing the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs that reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
